Does every U.S. order receive free shipping?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on all orders delivered to a United States address. We do not currently ship outside the United States.
When should my order arrive?
Processing ordinarily takes 1–2 business days. After dispatch, estimated carrier transit is 4–6 business days, and tracking information is provided.
How do I choose a compatible charging product?
Compare the listed connector, wattage, capacity, supported protocol, port count, and device guidance for our portable chargers and power banks, wall chargers, charging cables, USB hubs and docking stations, wireless chargers, power strips and outlet extenders, and car-charging accessories. Contact customer care before purchase if a specification is unclear.
May I cancel before dispatch?
Yes. Request cancellation before shipment. A shipped order follows the Refund Policy instead.
Are no-reason returns and exchanges available?
A no-reason return or exchange can be requested within 30 days after receipt. The merchant pays approved return shipping and provides a prepaid label or another free method.
What if the package is wrong, incomplete, damaged, or defective?
Contact us promptly. The merchant pays approved return transportation, and the no-reason exclusions do not limit remedies for those order or quality problems.
Which products are excluded from a no-reason return?
Customized products, clearance or Final Sale goods, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive goods are excluded, subject to applicable consumer rights for faulty or incorrect items.
How and when is a refund delivered?
An approved refund goes to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. A bank or card issuer may take additional time to display it.
