Return Eligibility
A customer may ask Anker for a no-reason return or an exchange within 30 days after the order is received. Start the request through Support@ankek.shop or 9014510152 before sending anything; an unapproved parcel may not be processed.
Return Transport Is Covered
When a return is approved, Anker pays the return-shipping cost and supplies a prepaid label or another no-cost method. This merchant-paid arrangement applies both to no-reason requests and to products that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.
Condition and No-Reason Exclusions
Products should be protected for transit and include their supplied parts when reasonably possible. Customized goods, clearance or Final Sale merchandise, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive products do not qualify for a no-reason return.
Faulty or Incorrect Orders Remain Protected
The exclusions above never reduce a customer's remedies when an item is damaged, defective, sent incorrectly, or missing from the shipment. Contact customer care promptly so the appropriate refund, exchange, replacement, or other lawful solution can be arranged.
Refund Method and Timing
Following receipt and review of the approved return, the refund is sent to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Financial institutions can require additional time before the credit appears.
Cancellation and Return Destination
