Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service apply to use of the Anker website and to orders placed through it. Using the site or completing checkout confirms acceptance of these Terms and the linked Privacy, Refund, Shipping, and Payment policies.
Catalog Accuracy and Responsible Use
We work to describe portable chargers and power banks, wall chargers, charging cables, USB hubs and docking stations, wireless chargers, power strips and outlet extenders, and car-charging accessories accurately, including material compatibility, included components, electrical ratings, and supported uses when relevant. Display settings can affect color appearance. Customers must follow product instructions, supported-device guidance, and safety warnings and must not use electrical products beyond their stated ratings.
Orders and Pre-Shipment Cancellation
An order may be reviewed, limited, declined, or cancelled for stock, payment, pricing, fraud, legal, or delivery concerns. Customers may request cancellation before shipment. After dispatch, the Refund Policy supplies the available return process.
USD Pricing, Cards, and Tax
All store prices and checkout charges are stated in U.S. dollars (USD). Payment authorization is subject to the issuing institution and the Payment Policy. Sales tax and other required charges are collected according to applicable law; the store does not promise universal tax-free treatment.
Delivery, Returns, and Remedies
Free standard delivery is available only for U.S. orders. Processing normally requires 1–2 business days and estimated carrier transportation requires 4–6 business days. The 30-day no-reason return and exchange process, merchant-paid return transport, exclusions, and 5–10-business-day refund timing are controlled by the Refund and Shipping policies.

Customers may not misuse the site, interfere with security, submit unlawful material, attempt unauthorized access, or use store content in a way that violates applicable rights. Non-waivable consumer protections remain unaffected.
