Where We Deliver

Anker accepts delivery addresses only within the United States. Standard shipping is free for every U.S. order; no minimum purchase is required for that standard service.

From Order to Dispatch

Orders ordinarily leave processing within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays. Address verification, payment review, or exceptional demand may require additional time, and material delays will be communicated when practical.

Carrier Journey

After dispatch, estimated transportation time is 4–6 business days. The estimate is not a guarantee because carrier interruptions, severe weather, and incorrect address information can affect delivery.

Tracking and Delivery Help

Tracking information is issued when the shipment is handed to the carrier. If the tracking record shows loss, damage, an incorrect item, or an incomplete delivery, notify Anker at Support@ankek.shop or 9014510152; approved return transportation for those problems is paid by the merchant.

Changes or Cancellation

A cancellation or address correction can be requested before shipment but cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins. A dispatched order is handled under the Refund Policy.
